After shopping around a couple of different companies, SERT, by far, offered the most reasonably priced services for my issue: recover data from a flash drive that had a broken stem. If I could give them a bonus star, I would. The services were requested on behalf of a laboratory at a university, which means lots of bureaucratic red tape. Through it all, they have remained very professional, and very patient, in assisting with our data recovery.
